It's hot outside and not much cooler inside. I've been really working up a sweat today and I feel fantastic. The sweat is just pouring off of me and it's starting to become one of the best feelings in the world!
I bought a new app for my phone because I keep forgetting to use my FitBit. It doesn't seem to link with LoseIt anyway so that's probably why I keep forgetting it. The app I bought is Runtastic Pedometer and I just have to keep my phone on me.
Using the new app will also allow to me to track every single calorie I burn while I'm not on my bike or otherwise working out. Hopefully, this means I'll have a more accurate view of just how many calories I burn each day.
I have a tennis date tomorrow and I can't wait to see how many calories I burn playing. I don't know if I should use the app to just track my steps or if I should just note the time we start, the time we stop, and just log it in LoseIt. I can't enter the calories burned for that using the app plus log the activity itself. I want to track my steps but not the calories. Maybe I'll just start a new session and not log those calories. I'm not sure yet....
